The purpose of the Sylvania Recreation Master Plan is to offer strategies and operational policies that provide guidance in order to meet the needs of current and future Sylvania residents.
A consistent theme throughout the development of this plan is the Sylvania Joint Recreation District’s commitment to providing high quality recreation facilities, programs and services for all residents, while contributing to the economic well-being of the Sylvania Area Joint Recreation District.
